Order in Council 413/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1229/2012, dated August 15, 2012, Dr. Frank George Hans Baillie was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and where Dr. Frank George Hans Baillie has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective October 4, 2013;

therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1229/2012, dated August 15, 2012, appointing Dr. Frank George Hans Baillie as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
