OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 29, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Faye Christine Royal, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-568 dated November 9, 2000; and (
b) appoint Faye Christine Royal of Stellarton, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
