OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated June 23, 2003, pursuant to Sections 38 and 87 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Labour to enter into: (

a) A Memorandum of Understanding, Canada-Wide National Air Pollution Surveillance (NAPS) Program for 2003, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to the addition of annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement; and (

b) such additional agreements as are necessary to implement the Memorandum of Understanding, Canada-Wide National Pollution Surveillance (NAPS) Program for 2003.
