Interpretation Act, the Public Service Superannuation Act, the Civil Service Act and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective September 28, 1999, to accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Mildred M. Royer as Deputy Minister of Health for the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-209, dated May 19, 1998.
