OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 21, 1999, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Town of Parrsboro relating to work on certain highways within the Town, which work is specified in Maintenance Agreement No. 17-A, dated May 10, 1999, set out in
Schedule "A", the location of which is set out on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation.
