Order in Council 941/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Energy Act, 2011 ,

Stephen Rhodes

be appointed Deputy Minister of Energy, effective July 12, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And that Order in Council O.C. 388/2021, dated March 31, 2021, be revoked effective July 12, 2021.
