Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2008, the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter , is pleased to approve Halifax Regional Municipality’s expansion of the Dartmouth Sportsplex by an additional area as depicted in
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation.
