Order in Council 107/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 ,

leo grellette of the Township of Severn

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term ending on March 31, 2021, effective on the later of February 15, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made.

and pursuant to

section 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

leo grellette of the Township of Severn

is hereby designated as the part-time Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term ending on March 31, 2021, effective on the later of February 15, 2019 and the date of the execution of this Order in Council.
