OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, dated August 11, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased to authorize the Minster of Natural Resources to enter into an agreement with Vision Air Services Incorporated for the provision of aerial fire suppression, substantially in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 13, 2011.
