Designation of park districts
1 The lands described in the second column of the
Schedule are designated as park districts and each has the name given to it in the first column of the
Schedule opposite the description.

Reference to plan
2 Except as otherwise provided, a reference in the
Schedule to a "Plan" is a reference to the plan of that number filed in the office of the Director of Surveys at Winnipeg.
