On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1670/2015 dated December 2, 2015 that appointed

Perry Kim of Inverary

as a part-time professional member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
