(1) The Clean Air Act is amended by this section.

(2) Sections 4.7 and 4.8 are repealed. The Clean Water Act 2.

(2) Sections 4.8 and 4.9 are repealed. 3. This Act comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. Explanatory Notes l. This
