PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 1563, Approved and Ordered NOV - 9 2000 • Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Richard Tones is appointed Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations and Minister Responsible for Northern Development, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Richard Tones be paid as an Ministerial Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the appointment of Richard Tones, made by Order in Council 1233/00 and 1254/00, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Presiding Member of the Immigration and Minister Responsible Executive Council for the Public Service (This
