Order in Council 839/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Lisa Kool be appointed as Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective the later of June 1, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And further that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1952/2019, dated December 12, 2019, is hereby revoked as of the date this Order in Council takes effect.
