OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated July 14, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 81 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Companies Act, is pleased, effective August 30, 2022, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Hayley E. Clarke as Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, made by Order in Council 2007-278 dated May 18, 2007; (

b) appoint Jennifer Forster as Registrar of Joint Stock Companies; (

c) revoke the appointment of Jennifer Forster as Deputy Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, made by Order in Council 2018-264 dated October 2, 2018; and (

d) appoint Noreen Zakhia as Deputy Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
