On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 5.1(5) of the Health Insurance Act , John Davidson of Kingston be reappointed as a part-time Physician member of the Physician Payment Review Board effective April 28, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
