, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Pouch Cove

are as set out in the Schedule.

Newfoundland Regulations 768/78, 29/87 and 244/91 are repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of the northeast

Avalon Peninsula

, that point being the outlet of Half Moon Brook at Stiles Cove;

Then in a general southerly direction along Half Moon Brook to Half Moon Pond;

Then due west 400 metres, more or less, to a point on the Pouch Cove watershed boundary, North Three Island Pond, at co-ordinates north 5 286 520 and east 323 655 metres;

Then in a southwesterly direction along the watershed boundary to a point at co-ordinates north 5 283 230 metres and east 320 571 metres;

Then south 31 45' west 850 metres, more or less, to a point 100 metres from the centre line of the Bauline Road, Route 21;

Then in a general northerly direction along a line parallel to and 100 metres from the centre line of the road to a point on the watershed boundary at co-ordinates north 5 284 277 metres and east 319 732 metres, spot elevation 188.5 metres;

Then north 11 00' east 431 metres, more or less, to a high point, elevation 209.8 metres, at co-ordinates north 5 284 707 metres and east 319 777 metres;

Then north 63 30' west 550 metres, more or less, to Crown Lands control monument No. 029070, spot elevation 226.36 metres;

Then north 00 15' west 2,485 metres, more or less, to a point on the western shoreline of Rocky Pond;

Then north 55 28' 14" west 327.01 metres and 74 01' 37" west 1,327.92 metres, and north 41 11' 07" west 552.49 metres to a point on the eastern shoreline of Conception Bay;

Then following the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Cape St. Francis, Pouch Cove, Shoe Cove, Black Head North, Small

Cove to Stiles Cove, the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north, central meridian 53 west longitude, and as with distance and co-ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:12,500 and 1:2500 Crown Lands and Surveys Division Mapping, 1973/78 editions.
