Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into a lease with the Property Valuation Services Corporation for office space comprising 1,456 square feet, located in the Provincial Building, 10 Starrs Road, Yarmouth, as shown in red on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for a period of one (1) year, with three (3) one-year-renewal options, at a gross rental rate of $15.00 per square foot, for the term of the lease and each renewal period and on such other terms and conditions as are satisfactory to the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal.
