OIC Text: The Governor in Council the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act , dated January 30, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 12 and 15 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Ian Cavanagh of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hammonds Plains) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation for a term of three years commencing March 29, 2018; (

b) appoint Sara Greenblatt of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Provincial Lotteries and Casino Corporation for a term of three years commencing March 29, 2018; and (

c) order that Ian Cavanagh and Sara Greenblatt each be remunerated for their service in the amount of $250 per meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling their duties as members, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
