Order in Council 1589/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Barbara Hicks was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1588/2016 dated November 2, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Barbara Hicks of Hanover be appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
