OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission dated September 3, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to appoint Ronald V. Clarke of Georges River, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of office commencing October 23, 2003 and ending February 28, 2006.
