Order in Council 760/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024

May 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Reducing Gridlock, Saving You Time Act, 2024 , c. 25, which amends the Highway Traffic Act , comes into force:
