OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned the supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated November 9, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 7A, 7B and 7H of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the By-law made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated November 2, 2001, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective December 1, 2001.
