Order in Council 1949/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ,

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 345/2018 Richard Nesbitt was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“Authority”) and as such became a member of the Authority and subsequently he resigned from the Board of Directors of the Authority effective August 31, 2019;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 345/2018 is revoked effective August 31, 2019.
