An Act to amend The Statute Law (Assented to May 26, 1978)

Short title This Act may be cited as The Statute Law Amendment Act, 1978. S.S. 1978, c.55, s.1. Rev. Stat. c. 364

Section of The Prairie and Forest Fires Act, as enacted by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1968, is amended by inserting after “or” in the third line “the Minister of Municipal Affairs on behalf of the”. S.S. 1978, c.55, s.2. 1977-78, c. 41 Subsection (4) of
