Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act Provincial Finance Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 21, 2002, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, and

Section 60A(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey an easement containing 17,828 square feet, more or less, situate at Truro, Colchester County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" to the Municipality of Colchester, for the price of $500.00, which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
