Order in Council 1363/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 94/2017 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Kathleen Gowanlock of Ottawa as a member of the Council of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors for a period not exceeding three years commencing on January 19, 2017;

And

whereas Kathleen Gowanlock wishes to resign her appointment as a member;

Pursuant to Clause 3 (2) (

e) of the Surveyors Act , Order in Council 94/2017 is hereby revoked effective May 31, 2019.
