CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Stock Savings Tax Credit Act (Assented to June 8, 1990) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Stock Savings Tax Credit Amendment Act, 1990 . S.S. 1986, c.S-59.1 amended The Stock Savings Tax Credit Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended3(1) Clause 5(1)(

f) is amended by striking out "December 31, 1991" and substituting "December 31, 1990". (2) Subsection 5(4) is repealed.

Section amended4 Clause 6(1)(

a) is amended by striking out "June 30, 1991" and substituting "March 28, 1990". Coming into force5 This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from March 28, 1990.
