OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 27, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2008, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Mark Parent as Minister of Environment and Labour; (

b) appoint the Honourable Mark Parent, a member of the Executive Council, to be Minister of Environment; and (

c) appoint the Honourable Mark Parent, a member of the Executive Council, to be Minister of Labour and Workforce Development.
