Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at the mouth of Bottom Brook where that brook empties into

Birchy

Bay

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the western bank of Bottom Brook to a point in the northern limit of the road reservation of Route No. 340;

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the northern limit of the road reservation of Route No. 340 a distance of 3,200 metres, more or less;

Then running north 45 west a distance of 150 metres, more or less, to a point in the eastern shoreline of Loon Bay;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along that shoreline to Loon Bay Point;

Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the western shoreline of

Birchy

Bay

Morris

Point

Then continuing along the western shoreline of

Birchy

Bay

in a generally southerly direction to the point of beginning.

All bearings herein refer to the true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
