Order in Council 454/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act,

David Hagarty

be appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, effective April 6, 2020, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding four months from the effective date of this appointment.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1792/2019, dated December 5, 2019, be revoked effective April 6, 2020.
