OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 20, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2011, the Fair Drug Pricing Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Pharmacare Tariff Agreement, a Pharmacy Services Agreement and a Clinic Agreement with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia in the forms set forth in Schedules “A”, “B” and “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements.
