Interpretation Act
OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 17, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 97 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Charles Blanchard of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, made by Order in Council 2025-138 dated May 8, 2025, effective June 26, 2025.
