x) of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1990, the Children and Family Services Act, is pleased, effective March 16, 2010, to amend the Children and Family Services Regulations, N.S. Reg. 183/91, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-954 dated August 15, 1991, by adding the following clause immediately after clause 63(1)(I): (ia)\x09172.1 - luring a child.
