Chapter 380 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Utilities Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting approvals of natural gas transportation contracts in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 4, 2019.
