Order in Council 769/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1), 9(2) and 9(4) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 , S.O. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32: David Lindsay of Baltimore, Ontario be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and shall be designated part-time Chair of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
