section 44(2) of the Natural Resources Conservation Board Act.

1 The Rules of Practice of the Natural Resources

Conservation Board Regulation (AR 77/2005) is amended by

this Regulation.

Section 50 is amended by striking out "May 31, 2015" and

substituting "May 31, 2018".
