OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 14, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) grant an easement over certain lands in Antigonish, County of Antigonish, referred to as a utility line easement and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" as shown as "Parcel L1" on
Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) convey a utility line easement containing an area of 0.526 hectares, more or less, to Nova Scotia Power Inc., a body corporate, with Head Office at Halifax, in the County of Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia, for the price of $1.00; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
