Order in Council 1156/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Ackerman was reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective September 29, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 730/2024;

And

whereas Robert Ackerman tendered his resignation effective April 4, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 730/2024 be revoked effective April 4, 2025.
