1 These regulations may be cited as the Value of Chattels Exempt from Seizure

Regulations .

Chattels used in debtor’s chief occupation

2 The aggregate value of chattels used in the debtor’s chief occupation that are exempt

from seizure under clause 45(1)(

e) of the Judicature Act is $7500.

Motor vehicle

3 The aggregate value of the motor vehicle that is exempt from seizure under clause

45(1)(

f) of the Judicature Act is $6500.
