OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 16, 1998, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 2.66 acres, more or less, situate at or near Great Village, Colchester County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to West End Counter Tops Ltd. of Great Village, Colchester County, for the price of $2,145.00, reserving therefrom an easement in favour of David George Harman and Cynthia Carol Harman for the purposes of ingress and egress; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
