OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 25, 2001, and pursuant to subsections 238(1), (2), (3) and (6) and Sections 239 and 244 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-1995, the Workers' Compensation Act and clause 18(1) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) continue the appointment of Angela J. Green of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for matters substantially heard before her or in respect of which a hearing was commenced by her on or before July 3, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; (

b) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Angela J. Green of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal in respect of all other matters pending or coming before the Tribunal, effective July 3, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; (

c) continue the appointment of Jeannine Kurtz of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for matters substantially heard before her or in respect of which a hearing was commenced by her on or before August 10, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.; (

d) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Jeannine Kurtz, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal in respect of all other matters pending or coming before the Tribunal, effective August 10, 2001, at 4:30 p.m.
