OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated October 22, 2018, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) amending

Schedule “A” in Order in Council 2016-138 by extending the dates by which Melford International Terminal Incorporated and its approved successors or assigns, must start or complete milestones associated with the construction and operation of a deep-water terminal and logistics park at Melford, Guysborough County, as outlined in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
