OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated March 28, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, on behalf of the Province, entering into an amending agreement with the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, concerning the Bilateral Agreement on Sport Participation (2015-2022), which is attached as
Schedule "A" and forms part of the Report and Recommendation.
