Order in Council 269/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Physiotherapy Act, 1991 , Laina Smith of Cookstown be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
