Order in Council 712/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 711/2021 dated June 3, 2021 established the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act and the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario:

Each member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall be remunerated at the rate of $398 per day, up to a maximum of 100 days.

In addition to the remuneration set out above, each member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred in carrying out their duties as a member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
