a) and (a.1)]. Order in Council 29/2016, approved and ordered January 28, 2016.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Controlled Recreation Area ( Resort Timber Administration Act ) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 Sections 1 to 4 of the Controlled Recreation Area (Resort Timber Administration Act) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, are amended by striking out “ Resort Development Branch ” and substituting “ Mountain Resorts Branch ”.

Section 2 is amended

(

a) by cancelling the designation of Hemlock Valley Resort as set out in Item 16 of the table, and

(

b) by repealing item 16 of the table.

3 The following

section is added:

Controlled recreation areas 2016

5 Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Mountain Resorts Branch of the minister’s ministry with the file names listed in Column 2 of the following table are designated as controlled recreation areas effective on the date set out in Column 3:
