OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 24, 2005, and pursuant to clauses (

a) and (

b) of subsection 16(1) and subsection 16(2) of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health to: (

a) enter into an Agreement with Lucent Investments Ltd. respecting the renovation and installation of pumping equipment at 3064 Lake Thomas Drive, Fall River; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
