OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 3, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to appoint Wayne Mason of Waverley, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Vice-chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a one-year term of office commencing March 15, 2006, and ending on March 14, 2007.
