Order in Council 1178/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 993/2020, dated July 2, 2020, Fidelis C. Debruyne was appointed as a member of the Township of Penetanguishene Police Services Board for a term of three years effective from July 2, 2020.

And

whereas Fidelis C. Debruyne has, in writing, resigned this appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 993/2020 dated July 2, 2020, appointing Fidelis C. Debruyne as a member of the Township of Penetanguishene Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
